Senesco Marine | Shipbuilding & Repair Yard
We’re committed to making your next build or repair a reality. Our teams are available year-round, with capacity for small or large builds and timely repairs.
Senesco Marine was founded by a local group of entrepreneurs who joined together in 1999 with the goal to create more jobs for Rhode Islanders. Senesco Marine started out building small deck barges and eventually moved into building larger vessels. Since then, Senesco Marine has entered the competitive tug and ferry building market and added aluminum fabrication to its repertoire.
Ted Williams began his career in the U.S. Navy, where he served for 31 years. As a naval aviator and ship captain, transitioning to the private sector, Ted has been a leader in oil and gas, offshore wind, and shipyard construction.
VP/GM of Senesco Marine, Mike has 38 years of experience in shipbuilding and fabricated projects, ranging from barges to ocean-going vessels servicing the maritime industry. Mike’s projects include participation in over 350 new build and repair vessels throughout his career, always ready for the challenge of the next project.
